Last updated: April 5, 2026

PindMoji: Desi Slang ("the App") is committed to the safety of children and strictly prohibits any content or behavior that exploits or endangers minors. This page outlines our standards and practices in compliance with Google Play's child safety requirements.

Zero Tolerance Policy

PindMoji has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content, behavior, or use of this App that involves the sexualization, exploitation, grooming, or abuse of minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities immediately.

App Content

PindMoji is a WhatsApp sticker pack featuring South Asian cultural humor and desi slang. The App contains no user-generated content, no chat functionality, no social networking features, and no mechanisms through which users can interact with one another. All sticker content is pre-approved, culturally themed, and does not depict or reference minors in any inappropriate context.

No User-Generated Content

The App does not allow users to upload, share, or generate any content of their own. All content within the App is static and curated by PindMoji. As a result, there is no risk of user-generated content involving minors.

Reporting

If you believe any content associated with PindMoji violates child safety standards or involves the exploitation of a minor, please contact us immediately at james@wingzmarketing.ca. We will investigate all reports promptly and cooperate fully with law enforcement and relevant authorities.

Compliance

PindMoji complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in every region where the App is distributed.
